• Can be finished in custom paint color from the Benjamin Moore, Dunn Edwards or Sherwin Williams Color Deck. $150 additional custom color fee.
• Can be customized to your custom dimensions.

Pricing & Customization Details

1. Starting Price does not include:
1. Cost of fabric where applicable to the item.
2. Upgraded options and customizations, including but not limited to:
1. Custom dimensions or non-standard sizes. Certain items cannot be built to non-standard sizes.
2. Specialty hardware (pulls, knobs, hinges).
3. Custom paint colors.
4. Premium AFK finishes.
3. Shipping, delivery, and handling charges (including curbside, threshold, or white‑glove delivery).
4. Installation, assembly, on‑site modifications, or removal/disposal of existing furniture.
5. Duties, import taxes, brokerage, or customs fees on international order.
6. Custom bedding items sold separately (mattress covers, toppers, custom sheets).
7. Mattress - Sold Separately.
2. One Single Color / Base Finish is included in the starting starting price.  Single Color / Base Finishes are:
• Antico White, Bella Pink, Black, Dior Gray, French Blue, Latte, Linen, Moss, Navy, Pink, Reef, Sage, Snow, Whisper.
